We follow statutory guidance and have a designated safeguarding lead. All staff are DBS-checked and trained regularly.

Privacy Notice

We collect and process personal data in line with GDPR. Data is used solely for providing childcare services and is never sold to third parties.

Admissions Policy

Places are allocated in order of the date registration is received. Wherever possible we offer a place in writing before your child starts, and you have two weeks to accept. Children attend a minimum of two sessions a week. There is a £50 registration fee (not charged for funded-only places) and a £250 refundable deposit.

Complaints Procedure

Speak to the nursery manager in the first instance. Unresolved complaints may be escalated to Ofsted. A written response is provided within 28 days.

Illness and Medication

Children should not attend if they have had vomiting or diarrhoea in the past 48 hours. Prescribed medication can be administered with a signed consent form.
